Setting up business in Russia will usually require from you to visit Russian tax office. If you would like to avoid it, you can buy a Russian ready-made company, registered especially for you.
It is possible to acquire a ready-made company registered especially for you without having to personally meet with officials. These companies are available within 18 days and include all documentation. These are companies that have not previously been incorporated, but are registered under your name especially for you.
Upon receipt of your payment we prepare all official forms, our director and sole shareholder register a new company for you in the Tax office and notify you within 9 business days of its successful registration. Once we receive notice of your company's new director and shareholders and new legal (corporate) address, these changes are submitted. This process takes an additional 9 business days. In Russia this is the only way to incorporate a company under your own name without personally meeting with the Tax officials. We do not keep any aged companies.
