Electronic submission of tax reports

Electronic submission of your tax reports in Russia is a right given to any legally registered company under federal law. Although there are small additional associated costs, it provides significant advantages for your business.

What are the costs?

You must pay an initial fee equivalent to approximately 100 Euros to create an electronic account with the tax office
You will also need to pay an extra fee 15 Euros per month over the regular fees payable to DebitCredit.
Your electronic filing will be done through TaxCom an officially authorised company for secure submitting fiscal report. TaxCom use 'Splinter' software for submitting your fiscal report to the tax authorities.

Zero Reports

Zero Reporting (Dormant Company Accounts)

Once you have formed a Russian company you are required to submit quarterly financial reports to the tax office. If your company is not yet trading, you will need to submit 'Zero Reports' to tax authorities. DebitCredit can do this on your behalf.
